Maariya Aziz has worked within the Learning and Development field for 3 years predominately in learning support roles. Maariya has a BSC (hons) in Medical Sciences. She is responsible for co-ordinating the Global Diversity Practice’s team of consultants and trainers. Her role is to work with the Farrah and the learning designers to design programmes according to client requirements which spans the complete training learning cycle from contract delivery, training needs analysis to evaluation. Her role is to ensure that the client needs and issues are being dealt with swiftly. She is responsible for ensuring the co-ordination management and communication channels are functioning effectively between the client. Maariya has administered the design and delivery of many innovative products for clients learning programmes. She is the interface between the Practice and our team.
